Six Nations: O'Connell out for Twickenham

Munster's Paul O'Connell is definitely out of the forthcoming Six Nations clash with England at Twickenham.

O'Connell, who scored on his debut in yesterday's 54-10 win over Wales, had to be carried off the pitch with concussion.
