An injury-time drop goal handed Clontarf a dramatic win over St Mary's at Templeville Road this afternoon.

With nothing to choose between the sides, Clontarf came strong in the final quarter with a try from scrum-half Mike Walls bringing them to within a point of their opponents.

Clontarf full-back Dave O'Brien struck the post with his conversion but Clontarf secured a famous win in the 81st minute when outhalf Mark Woods sent over the winning point.
