Rugby Set up Rugby World Championship, says Australia

Australia has called for the establishment of a permanent World Championship of Rugby to decide which country is number one.

Coach Eddie Jones wants his side to play regular games against the best of the northern hemisphere to make an unofficial league.

He says the matches should take the form of a best-of-three contest.
