Rugby: World Cup draw postponed

The draw for the 2003 Rugby World Cup in Australia and New Zealand has been put back until early next year.

The draw was supposed to take place once world champions Australia returned home from their end-of-season tour of Europe.

But it will now take place in February 2002 because an agreement between the two host nations has yet to be signed.
