Rugby: Dawson drops out of England squad

Northampton scrum-half Matt Dawson has pulled out of the England squad to face Australia at Twickenham on Saturday.

Dawson has been struggling with the hamstring injury he sustained during England’s dismal Six Nations defeat by Ireland in Dublin last month.
