The Rugby Football Union Council have approved in principle the 'Heads of Agreement' blueprint for the future of English rugby.

The Rugby Football Union Council have approved in principle the 'Heads of Agreement' blueprint for the future of English rugby.

The proposals were drafted by the RFU and English First Division Rugby.
