BOD passes on Paris captaincy

Brian O’Driscoll will not captain Ireland in his last international on Saturday, having told manager Mick Kearney he wants no more fanfare surrounding his impending retirement.

O’Driscoll led the team out for his last game on home soil last weekend and enjoyed a picture-perfect send-off. But that’s where it should end,according to the great centre.
