DENIS LEAMY says Ireland’s target at this World Cup is to get out of their pool rather than making predictions about reaching the tournament decider.

The Munster and Ireland back row added that the presence of Eddie O’Sullivan as USA coach will not be a motivating factor in Ireland’s world cup clash with the Eagles on September 9 in New Plymouth.

“We’d know a lot of Eddie’s game plans, how he likes to play and that, so from that point of view it’s an advantage, but Eddie has the advantage of knowing Irish rugby inside out,” he said. “He’ll have his team well versed.
