PAUL O’CONNELL is back to his best after that prolonged injury nightmare and plans to take out his frustration on Magners League and Amlin Challenge Cup opponents over the last 10 weeks of the season, starting tonight in Cardiff.

Ireland’s iconic second row forward, the 2009 British and Irish Lions captain, is frustrated that Ireland made their RBS Six Nations charge too late and at Munster’s exit from the Heineken Cup. But O’Connell is far from a beaten docket and still firmly believes Munster will yet reap rich rewards for their efforts.!

He sees some similarities between province and country in that neither reached full potential this season.
