Munster sweat on ERC rap

MUNSTER are facing another disciplinary sweat this week amid suggestions that substitute centre Lifeimi Mafi spear-tackled the Ospreys’ Ian Gough in the final moments of Saturday’s Heineken Cup defeat at the Liberty Stadium.

Munster’s Ronan O’Gara and Ospreys scrum half Mike Phillips also appeared to square up to each other in the frantic last moments as the hosts tried to secure the try that would have denied Munster a losing bonus point.
