Kidney set to reshuffle side

INJURIES and the disappointing form of some players in Saturday’s defeat by France may lead Ireland coach Declan Kidney into a rethink for Saturday week’s Six Nations clash with England at Twickenham.

Kidney set to reshuffle side

Rob Kearney is likely to miss the game after suffering a knee injury at the Stade de France and others to take knocks that caused their premature departure were John Hayes, due to become the first Irish player to win a hundred caps at Twickenham, and Leo Cullen.

“Rob took a right bang,” reported coach Declan Kidney. “If we had a match next week it would be a problem but given we have two weeks, here’s hoping.”
