McGahan: Slam heroes ready

TONY McGahan has no doubt about the ability of his Munster internationals to put Six Nations celebrations on the back-burner for the remaining eight weeks of the season.

“A lot of players have been doing this (kind of thing) for a long time; each year they seem to get better at doing it and I’m happy that they have integrated (back) very well,” said McGahan ahead of tomorrow night’s Magners League clash with Munster.

But the coach admitted it was a big ask to expect players to wallow in such a historic Grand Slam before reverting back to training within days.
