Wilkinson the star of the show

WALES fly-half Stephen Jones joined the Lions squad in New Zealand last night determined to make up for lost time and reassert his favouritism for a Test spot.

The Grand Slam-winning half-back was a late arrival, having stayed on in France to help his club Clermont Auvergne qualify for next season's Heineken Cup.

Now the 27-year-old accepts he is playing catch-up with his test rivals for the coveted number 10 shirt.
