No decision on Leamy citing

AN IRFU disciplinary committee last night failed to come to a conclusion on a citing charge made by Old Belvedere against Munster player Denis Leamy.

The decision not to conclude the case based on an allegation of foul play in a club match two weeks ago, is sure to leave Munster coach Alan Gaffney seething.

Gaffney had earlier named Leamy as a possible reserve for Munster’s European Cup game against Viadana in Italy on Saturday but is now left with a major dilemma.
