Gregan signs Wallabies contract

Australia captain George Gregan has signed a three-year contract with the Wallabies which will take him through the 2007 World Cup in France.

“I believe the Wallabies have a lot of great rugby ahead and I am excited at the prospect of being a part of that over the next three years,” Gregan said.

Gregan, 31, is Australia’s most-capped player with 102 caps, 12 short of the world record held by England prop Jason Leonard on 114.
