Wales sticking to running game

STEVE Hansen has revealed Wales will go into their RBS 6 Nations Championship against Ireland adopting the same expansive game plan which proved so successful in the opening win over Scotland.

The Wales coach is eager to release the pace of his back three Shane Williams, Rhys Williams and Gareth Thomas whenever possible, but has warned his forwards have to be more efficient up front than they were in the 23-10 victory against the Scots last Saturday.

"We are going to impose our game-plan of going wide because it is what suits us best," said the New Zealander.
