Wilkinson drops out of training

England were due to complete their latest squad session yesterday - but without captain Jonny Wilkinson taking a full part in training.

The precautionary move came after Wilkinson suffered bruising to his upper right arm during Newcastle’s Zurich Premiership defeat against Wasps on Sunday.

Wilkinson and his England colleagues assembled at Loughborough University for the third training camp since Andy Robinson took over as caretaker coach following Clive Woodward’s resignation.
