Lions swan song still possible for Johnson

MARTIN JOHNSON has not ruled himself out of next summer’s Lions tour to New Zealand, admitting “anything is possible”.

Lions coach Clive Woodward said earlier this month players did not have to be competing in the test arena to be considered for the 44-strong squad.

But given his Lions pedigree, Johnson would be an automatic selection if he convinced Woodward he still has the hunger and ability.
