In fact, it is now over two years since a fresh-faced Young was flung into his Ulster debut in which he raced over for two tries in the 19-19 draw with Glasgow.

However an injury struck at the end of last season, and he found himself in the shadow of two other young wings, Tommy Bowe and Andrew Maxwell, leaving Young to play his way back to fitness for Ballymena.
