Horan’s omission a mistake, says Lenihan

EX-LIONS manager Donal Lenihan believes Clive Woodward has erred by excluding Marcus Horan from the squad to tour New Zealand this summer.

Horan’s omission a mistake, says Lenihan

“I think Marcus would have been the ideal type of player to bring to New Zealand and I’m not sure that a converted second row, Andrew Sheridan, was the right choice.

“It must have been a very close decision, Marcus must have been right up there in the pecking order,” said Lenihan.
