Placed on his three rides since returning from his latest injury, Jack Kennedy might receive a timely, pre-Cheltenham boost by partnering Grimaud to victory in Saturday’s Gowran Park opener, the Golf Classics At Gowran Park Maiden Hurdle.

This French import has finished in the money in his three starts since joining Gordon Elliott’s team at Cullentra, earning a rating of 123 which should make him tough to beat in maiden company.
