Nurburgring proved to be a class apart from his rivals in Thursday’s Guinness Galway Hurdle at a packed Ballybrit, which welcomed 25,290 patrons through its gates for the 2024 festival’s fourth day.
Joseph O’Brien, just like Noel Meade, who won the week’s other highlight, the Galway Plate, focuses primarily on Flat racing but he, too, remains a master of the National Hunt code and produced the Brosnan Racing gelding in tip-top shape for the €270,000 feature.
