The National Hunt season concludes on Saturday afternoon in Punchestown but fret not for the next jumps meeting is just two days away. The nap on the card goes to Peaches And Cream, who can repeat his win of two years ago when he contests the Colm Quinn BMW Handicap Chase. Trained by Gavin Cromwell, whose string is in great form, he was off for a year between July 2022 and 2023 but showed glimpses of form on his first three runs back.

Last time out, off an 83-day break, he was in the process of running a huge race when falling at the last in Ulster National and that was his best effort since he won this race in 2022. That was only eight days ago, which is a small concern, but he wouldn’t be turned out here unless none the worse for the outing, and he can use this opportunity to get back to winning ways.
