Punchestown tips: Loughglynn can make class tell

There are a couple of interesting races on Thursday’s card in Punchestown and in the Connolly’s Red Mills Irish EBF Auction Maiden Hurdle, Willie Mullins’ Loughglynn can make a winning debut over timber.

Winner of a bumper in December, having been off since the previous April, he was off from that victory until contesting the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham, where he ran well to finish ninth, beaten little more than 12 lengths behind A Dream To Share.
