On the evidence of her impressive debut success in Wednesday’s Punchestown opener, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF 2-Y-0 Fillies Maiden, the Ger Lyons-trained Rising Sign will have no problem stepping into stakes company over the coming weeks or next spring.

A daughter of Frankel, the well-backed, Juddmonte-owned filly tracked the leaders around the inner, was switched by Colin Keane turning for home, and picked up in great style to sweep to the front and pull clear to beat favourite Grand Job by four and a quarter lengths.
