Henry Cecil’s superstar, unbeaten in 11 starts to date, appears to have scared away the opposition for the mile heat.
Aidan O’Brien had the choice of Irish Guineas winner Power, Jersey Stakes winner Ishvana or Reply but has not declared any of them.
Frankel’s main test now looks likely to come from Godolphin’s Farhh, who has run such game races in defeat in the Prince of Wales’s Stakes and the Eclipse.
Frankel’s stablemate and half-brother Bullet Train is in the line-up with Richard Fahey’s Gabrial, who stepped up from handicap company to finish a close fifth in the St James’s Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot, the only other runner.
