Folkestone call inspection for tomorrow

Officials at Folkestone will stage an 8am inspection tomorrow to assess the prospects of their Thursday fixture going ahead.

The going at the Kent venue is currently described as heavy, waterlogged in places having been hit by significant rainfall over the weekend.

With more rain forecast for tonight, clerk of the course Neil Mackenzie Ross has decided to announce an early inspection.
