Dancing Tornado easing his way back

Dancing Tornado is set for a summer campaign after being given a winter break following his run in the Paddy Power Gold Cup almost four months ago.

The 10-year-old, trained in Ireland by Michael Hourigan, was last seen finishing second to Little Josh at Cheltenham.

He is about to return to his training regime at Hourigan’s base in County Limerick and get ready to earn his keep at the big meetings later in the year.

“He’ll be coming back into training shortly,” said Frank Berry, racing manager to owner J P McManus.

“He just had a break and will be racing through the summer. There are no specific targets for him just yet.”
