Leicester check again

Officials at Leicester have called a second inspection for 10.30am ahead of this afternoon’s meeting.

Clerk of the course Jimmy Stevenson called an initial look at 8am after the forecast overnight frost saw temperatures drop to 0C.

There are still reported to be some frozen patches of ground on the chase course, so Stevenson will check again later in the morning.
