Green light for Lingfield
Lingfield have cancelled their planned 7.30am inspection and racing goes ahead this afternoon.
Clerk of the course Neil MacKenzie Ross had been concerned by the amount of rain forecast overnight but the Surrey venue enjoyed a drier than expected night.
He said: "We have cancelled the inspection and racing goes ahead.
"We had nowhere near as much rain as forecast overnight and the track is absolutely fine to race, although 18 millimetres of rain in the last 24 hours does mean the hurdles course is now soft, heavy in places, with the chase course soft, good to soft in places."
