Snowbound Lingfield abandoned

This afternoon’s all-weather meeting at Lingfield has been abandoned due to snow-related safety issues.

Although the track would have been raceable, four inches of overnight snow left the Surrey venue, and its surrounding areas, treacherous for the general public.
