Musselburgh look again

Musselburgh have called a second inspection for 11am ahead of this afternoon’s meeting.

An initial check at 8am proved inconclusive and clerk of the course Anthea Morshead will give the track more time now the sun has risen.

She said: “We will have another look. The sun has come up now, the clouds have cleared and temperatures are forecast to rise.

“It has got a chance but we are not there yet and I would imagine it will be going to race time.”
