Leicester cancel card

Wednesday’s meeting at Leicester has been abandoned due to snow and waterlogging.

Clerk of the course Jimmy Stevenson was forced to admit defeat following a morning inspection.

He said: “We have abandoned. We still have three inches of snow on the track and then we had 13 millimetres of rain last night.

“The snow is not moving and now there are areas of waterlogging.”
