Kieren Fallon will face no further disciplinary action following an investigation by The British Horseracing Authority into betting activity.

Fallon - along with fellow jockeys Dean McKeown and Dean Mernagh - was the subject of scrutiny over 27 races which took place in 2003 and 2004.

The Clare-born jockey is currently serving a world-wide suspension imposed on him by the Disciplinary Committee of France Galop following a second positive test for cocaine.

The ban expires in September 2009, and his return to the sport depends upon the successful completion of an individually-tailored drug testing and assessment programme.

There is an eight-race card at Dundalk this evening.

The first goes to post at 6.10pm.
