Midshipman, trained by Bob Baffert and ridden by Garrett Gomez, made every yard of the running to win the Breeders' Cup Juvenile.

Running in the famous maroon and white silks of Sheikh Mohammed he held off the late challenge of Square Eddie, formerly trained by John Best and now with Doug O’Neill.
