Sixties steals Goodwood glory

Johnny Murtagh can do little wrong at present and he notched his sixth winner at Goodwood this week aboard Jeremy Noseda’s Sixties Icon in the Group Three Coutts Glorious Stakes.

The 2006 St Leger winner was was settled in midfield in the early stages but moved up to challenge for the lead soon after turning for home.
