Percolator lands French prize
Percolator secured a first Pattern-race victory as she put up an impressive performance in the Prix du Bois at Maisons-Laffitte.
The Paul Cole-trained filly was seeking her fourth win on the bounce and Christophe Soumillon was smartly away, letting the daughter of Kheleyf stride on in the Group Three heat.
Percolator kept up the gallop throughout the five-furlong event and coming into the closing stages, she found plenty to pull three lengths clear of Caparroso.
Kenz was a further four lengths back in third.
