Sakhee’s Secret has come through a serious workout with flying colours ahead of the the Golden Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot on Saturday week.

Last season’s July Cup hero is the 4-1 ante-post favourite to take another Group One sprint over six furlongs.

“It all went well and we were pleased with him. It’s all systems go for the Golden Jubilee.

“He’ll have a little spin next Tuesday, but he won’t be asked to quicken up like he was today.”

Morrison also reported Stimulation to be geared up for the Jersey Stakes at the Royal meeting next Wednesday.

“We are very happy with him. He appears to have taken his races extremely well and he’ll have a spin on Friday or Saturday,” he said.

Since taking the European Free Handicap on his seasonal debut, Stimulation has finished seventh in the 2000 Guineas and been beaten a head by Calming Influence in a Listed race, also at Newmarket.

Morrison is to mull over the options for Kasumi after she successfully graduated from handicaps to Listed company with victory in the Pipalong Stakes at Pontefract on Monday night.

“We were thrilled with that. She’s obviously a good filly. They went a good clip, she beat them on ability and was going away in the last 20 yards,” Morrison added.

“There’s a Group Three at Hamburg (the Preis Der Spielbank Hamburg) early next month, but we’ll see. Nothing will happen for three weeks.”
