Speed Gifted is on course to bid for Pattern-race glory at Royal Ascot following a pleasing reappearance at Goodwood on Friday.

Trainer Luca Cumani is targeting the Group Two Hardwicke Stakes on June 21 after the lightly-raced four-year-old was just touched off in third place in a photo finish behind Peppertree Lane.
