Hopes are high for an Irish victory in the Smurfit Kappa Champion Hurdle, which was won last year by 16/1 shot Subliminity.

He and Philip Carberrry are reunited this year, while the other two Carberry siblings are also in action, with Paul riding Harchibald and Nina on board Salford City.
