Sizing Europe continues to please trainer Henry De Bromhead as the countdown to his bid for Smurfit Kappa Champion Hurdle glory gathers pace.
The six-year-old enjoyed a breeze on Sunday morning and is now set for one more piece of work before he travels across the Irish Sea ahead of the March 11 feature.
De Bromhead said: “He’s good, he’s in great form and he rode out this morning.
“He looks in good form at the moment so we’re happy with him, he looks well. We’ll probably do something some day early this week and then that’ll be about it.
“We’ll send him over maybe Saturday evening or Sunday morning and he’s pretty fit,” he told At The Races.
Sizing Europe, who jumped to prominence with a devastating display in the AIG Europe Champion Hurdle, is now a top-priced 9-4 with Sportingbet for the Champion Hurdle.
