Morning inspection at Musselburgh

This afternoon's meeting at Musselburgh is subject to the course passing an 8.30am inspection.

The East Lothian track has been battered by high winds and afflicted by 15 millimetres of overnight rain.

Clerk of the course Anthea Morshead said: "Most of the track is fine but there is standing water on the stand's bend so we need to inspect at daylight.

"There is a forecast which expects improvement between 8am and 9am so we are hopeful at this stage."
