Ruby Walsh reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder following a fall at Cheltenham and will miss the ride on Paddy Power Gold Cup favourite Granit Jack.

Walsh was riding Willyanwoody for Paul Nicholls in the Jim Brown Memorial Chase when he came to grief three fences from home.

As a result, Nicholls stated that unless Liam Heard could get to Cheltenham from Uttoxeter in time, the heavily-backed Granit Jack would be withdrawn and instead run in in a handicap chase tomorrow against Voy Por Ustedes.
