Kieren Fallon punched home the Jean-Marie Beguigne-trained Spirito Del Vento in the Prix du Chemin de Fer du Nord as he made a triumphant return to France.
The popular jockey was having his first ride in the country since ending a six-month ban after testing positive for a metabolite of a prohibited substance last year.
