Roi set for Coronation Stakes

Majestic Roi is set to bid for Group One glory in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot.

The Mick Channon-trained filly has been in good form so far this term, winning the Group Three Dubai Duty Free Stakes at Newbury and finishing runner-up in a Group Two contest at Chantilly last week.

“She’s been in great form since France and has come out of it good,” said Channon.

“She’ll go for the Coronation Stakes and I shall probably leave Silca Chiave in it as well.”
