Twenty left in Temple Stakes
Dandy Man and Tax Free feature among the 20 horses remaining engaged in the Betfair Temple Stakes at the five-day confirmation stage.
The first-named Tracey Collins-trained speedster is the sole Irish entry in the five-furlong Group Two feature and will be looking to follow up an impressive reappearance victory at Naas.
Tax Free comes into the race on the back of two successive victories and could be joined by stablemates Gift Horse and Moss Vale – although the latter runs in Ireland tomorrow.
Red Clubs and Firenze are other interesting possibles along with the Kevin Ryan-trained Desert Lord, winner of the 2006 Prix de l’Abbaye at Longchamp.
He could be joined by Ryan’s other candidate Wi Dud, who spearheads a trio of potential three-year-old starters also comprising Elhamri and Blue Echo.
