Plumpton fine for racing

Plumpton have received the all-clear for this afternoon’s meeting after a 7.30am inspection.

Clerk of the course Mark Cornford initially passed an inspection on Sunday afternoon but felt the need to look again due an unfavourable forecast.

Although the East Sussex venue sustained seven millimetres of rainfall since yesterday, the meeting was given the go-ahead.
