French racing authority France Galop has suspended jockey Kieren Fallon for six months for testing positive for a prohibited substance.

French racing authority France Galop has suspended jockey Kieren Fallon for six months for testing positive for a prohibited substance.

Fallon tested positive for a metabolite of a prohibited substance, which is classified as a strict liability offence.

The ban is set to begin on December 7.
