Noseda waits on rain for Icon

Jeremy Noseda has suggested going conditions are likely to dictate whether Sixties Icon will run at Newmarket on Friday or wait for Goodwood’s Gordon Stakes the following week.

The Galileo colt landed a Windsor maiden on soft going in May before finishing a five-length seventh to Sir Percy when sent off at 66-1 in the Vodafone Derby.
