Fergal Lynch is the last of three jockeys to appeal against the British Horseracing Regulatory Authority’s decision to ban him from riding in Britain until the conclusion of any criminal proceedings.

Lynch, along with Kieren Fallon and Darren Williams, was last week charged with conspiracy to defraud Betfair customers following an exhaustive police investigation into alleged race-fixing.
